I’m Lars Hochberg from Cologne, and I work as a logistics expert at catuuga. With extensive experience in logistics management, I’m passionate about optimizing processes. I firmly believe that efficient and robust logistics systems are key to tackling global challenges.

While logistics systems are important, foresight in planning and obtaining documents in advance can significantly reduce delivery times. But for me, the most important thing is internal logistics—from goods receipt to staging areas and finally, shipping.
