Is years of experience really the key to success, or can fresh ideas and new approaches from less experienced project managers be just as good - or even better?

Some say that there is no substitute for experience, others say that it's more about having the right methods and tools. What do you think?

Does experience play the biggest role, or should we focus more on innovation and adaptability?

Contribute your expertise and discover new approaches that will take you and your team further.
