I’m excited to be part of this forum! I’m Karl Waegner from Munich and have been working as a project manager for over 15 years. Currently, I’m at catuuga, where I apply my passion for process optimization and efficiency improvement through structured approaches. I’m a big advocate of Lean management principles and agile methods, and I enjoy using them to improve workflows and implement best practices. Of course, we often hit limits in everyday life.

I’m looking forward to exchanging ideas with you and learning from one another as we share our experiences and ideas.
